Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Amounts already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable, as agent work begins immediately after signup.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase and no application work has started on your account, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, or once your agent has begun work, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access for the remainder of the paid term.
Elite placement guarantee
Elite members who complete onboarding, remain responsive to their agent, and are not placed within the guarantee window are entitled to continued service at no extra cost until placed, in lieu of a cash refund — see your plan terms at signup for the exact window.
How to request a refund
Email nauckriclains@gmail.com with your registered email and order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
