By subscribing to Naukriclains, you agree to the following terms.
The service
Naukriclains provides career services — resume and LinkedIn rewriting, job applications on your behalf, interview preparation, and salary negotiation support — delivered by a dedicated career agent, according to your subscribed plan (Starter, Pro, or Elite).
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, via Razorpay. You may cancel a monthly plan at any time before your next billing date; annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your experience and job preferences, and to review and approve applications and materials your agent prepares on your behalf before they are submitted where applicable.
No guarantee of outcome
While our Elite plan includes a placement guarantee (see plan details at signup), Starter and Pro plans are best-effort services — we do not guarantee a specific job offer, employer, or salary.
Limitation of liability
Naukriclains is not liable for decisions made by employers, recruiters, or any third party involved in your job search.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
